Our infrastructure includes high speed stitching, knitting, fabric inspection, dyeing and other processes. Vertical integration of manufacturing processes enable us to customize products as per the client’s specifications with consistent quality assurance in a cost-effective manner as per defined timelines.
Capacity
With a factory size of approximately 1 million square feet, our facility is one of the largest in Bangladesh with a capacity to produce 3 million finished products per month. While our sewing capacity is made up of 81 lines in 3 sewing plants, we have the capacity to knit 520 tons per month, 1800 tons dyeing house capacity and 600 tons of all-over-print facility.
